To complete this action, you need Workspace Operator permissions or a custom Deployment role that includes
deployment.hibernation.update. Every option on this command sets or removes a hibernation override, so they all require this permission. Creating and editing hibernation schedules requires deployment.update instead. See Custom role permissions reference.
