As a Technical Instructor on our team, you will be in charge of designing, developing and delivering high-quality and impactful learning experiences to Astronomer's Customer, partners and team members. You will educate customers, partners and employees on Apache Airflow and Astronomer's solutions by offering an in-depth and engaging learning experience through instructor-led sessions both in-person (after COVID) and virtually.
In addition, you will be part of the Certification Program by developing and maintaining certification assets including exams, preparation courses and badges that will directly impact thousands of Airflow lovers like you.

Ultimately, you have passion for helping others and popularizing concepts that might be hard at first but sound easy in your mouth. You're obsessed on creating and delivering engaging content and love learning and playing with new technologies. Customer satisfaction is key and you know that training is way more than just delivering content. Others should feel you enthusiasm in what you're doing to keep them engaged and focused so at the end, they truly have learned something that they will remember and use.
